Few or no results — what to do?

Usually it's too narrow a description. Tips:

• More everyday terms (e.g. "carpentry" instead of "bespoke furniture atelier").
• Widen the region or drop details.
• Loosen employee count / filters.

And: judge quality only after several runs + ratings. After just 10 leads the data is too thin — give it a few rounds of feedback and it gets much better.
