Switching, downgrading or moving to a one-time pack

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan any time — your lead allowance adjusts.

If you want to switch from a subscription to a one-time pack or downgrade retroactively, that isn't always fully self-service. Just tell us here in the chat what you're planning (e.g. "from Starter to Basic" or "250 subscription → 1,000 one-time pack") — we'll set it up cleanly for you.
