Dashboard, Notifications & Help
Your dashboard is the control centre: this is where Leadscraper shows you what it has learned about your own company, alerts you to everything important, and gives you direct access to help. This article explains the three building blocks.
Your Company Profile
When you connect for the first time, Leadscraper analyses your own company website and builds a profile of your business — shown on the dashboard as the "What Leadscraper knows about your company" card.
It breaks your business down into three lists:
- What you sell — your products and services.
- Who you sell to — the customer types you target.
- Value proposition — the benefits you lead with.
This profile feeds the AI audience and search suggestions and personalises the "Why this fits" reasoning on every lead. Use Refresh to re-analyse your website, or Edit to adjust the profile manually.

Notifications
The bell in the top navigation collects everything that needs your attention — with an unread counter. Typical alerts:
- Leads waiting for your rating.
- Learned patterns you should confirm.
- Borderline leads for you to judge (Fit / Not a fit).
- A critical "automation paused" alert when a scheduled search finds nothing across several consecutive runs.
When there is nothing to do, the panel simply shows "All flowing — Leadscraper is learning."
Getting Help
An in-product live support chat (the speech bubble in the bottom right) is available to logged-in customers. It has Messages and Articles tabs, is answered by "Hugo" (AI) — with the team as backup — and already knows your account, your plan, and your search context.

- New users also get a dismissible "Getting started" hint on the dashboard.
- You can also reach us by email at the support address shown in the app.
