Login & Access – Including Account Migration

Come on in — and if you can't log in, need your account unlocked, or the password reset email isn't arriving, we'll get it sorted together quickly. 🙂


Login problems

  • Have you confirmed your email? (A confirmation email is sent after signup.)
  • Try refreshing the page.
  • "Email or password incorrect"? Reset your password via "Forgot password?" at my.leadscraper.de/login. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder — and if it's still not there, write to us here in the chat and we'll help straight away.


Can't log in after the system migration? (Account unlock, old lead lists)

We've migrated Leadscraper to a new system. If you can't log in anymore, are missing your old lead lists, or can't find an invoice — don't worry, nothing is lost:


  1. Create a new login at leadscraper.de/direct.
  2. Write to us here in the chat with your old email address — we'll reassign your Credits/leads and send you any missing invoices.


We do this manually for you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. 😊


Which browser works best?

We recommend Google Chrome (Firefox and Safari work great too). In some Edge versions the search window can briefly disappear when you click — everything runs smoothly in Chrome. If you experience anything like this, try switching browsers or let us know.
