Your account should adapt to your needs — not the other way around. Here's how to adjust everything. 🙂


Upgrading or downgrading your plan

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time — your lead quota adjusts accordingly. Do this directly in the app at my.leadscraper.de.


Switching to a one-time package

Want to move from a subscription to a one-time package, or downgrade retroactively? That's not always fully self-service — but we'll handle it cleanly for you. Just write to us here in the chat with what you have in mind (e.g. "from Starter to Basic" or "250 subscription → 1,000 one-time package"). When switching to a one-time package it usually works like this: you purchase the package and we pro-rata refund your current subscription. Straightforward.


Multiple users / team access

Want to add another person to your account — an additional login within the same account, not a separate one? If colleagues should be able to work in the account, we're happy to set that up — not fully self-service just yet. Write to us here in the chat with how many users you need and we'll get it sorted.


Deleting your account & exporting data

  • Delete account: possible with a 30-day notice period; reactivatable within that window, after which leads, audiences, and ratings are permanently deleted.
  • Data export: export all your data at any time from account settings (GDPR Art. 20).
