The Lead Pipeline — from company to finished lead

Every lead Leadscraper finds for you moves through a three-stage pipeline — displayed as a Kanban board. With each phase the lead becomes more enriched, and you decide per company how far you want to go. This article shows you how the pipeline works, how to advance leads, and how to keep track of everything.

The Three Phases

Every company moves through the same three phases — strictly in order, no phase can be skipped:

  1. Company added — The company has been identified and profiled: industry, size, location, a short summary, and a match score. Click Find contacts to move it forward.
  2. With contacts — Verified decision-maker contacts have been found: name, role, email/phone, confidence. Click Create acquisition plan to continue.
  3. Acquisition plan ready — A complete outreach plan has been created; the lead is ready for contact.

The delivered company itself costs 1 credit (Phase 1). Phases 2 and 3 each cost 1 additional credit per lead — charged only on success and automatically refunded if a step fails (e.g. no contacts found). A fully processed company costs up to 3 credits in total.

You advance a lead via the button on its card (Find contacts / Create acquisition plan) or by dragging it into the next column.

The Kanban board shows your leads in the phase columns "Company added", "With contacts" and "Acquisition plan ready", each card with a match score and the next-step button.

Views, Filters & Columns

  • Kanban vs. List — The Kanban board (the funnel) is the default view; switch to List for a table view. Your preference is remembered.
  • Phase filters — The chips at the top (All / Company added / With contacts / Plan ready / Archived) show live counters; click one to filter.
  • Search — Free-text search by company, industry, city, or decision-maker.
  • Scope — Switch between the active target audience only and All profiles.
  • Columns — Use the Columns menu to show or hide table columns (synced across devices); in list view, columns can be resized by dragging.

Adding a Company Manually

Via + Add company (the "+" in the first Kanban column) you add a company by website URL — Leadscraper verifies the page, extracts the basic data, and handles duplicates automatically.
